Simple and easy to use

Place the Large room ozone generator ideally outside the room to be sanitised and use pipe to pump ozone into the room. (A fan should be used to move the air/ozone around the room for better air distribution). Ask everyone including pets to leave the room. Turn the unit on and leave it running for 25 minutes to complete an air and light surface sanitation. For deep cleans run for 3 hours to achieve a 99.9% kill. (once an ozone cycle has been completed, do not re-enter room for one hour).

How does the Large Room Sanitiser work as Ozone Generator?

Ozone or ‘activated oxygen’ is produced by bringing the air we breathe into contact with a high voltage electrical discharge. The large room sanitiser mimics nature by placing a small trace element of Ozone into your chosen space. This means an electrical charge is applied to everyday oxygen we find in the atmosphere or the room you are sanitising. The large room sanitiser uses an electrical charge to split the oxygen molecules we know as O2. It then reforms the molecules to create O3 which reacts to the room atmosphere by cleaning and sanitising all of the air and surfaces it comes into contact with. The resulting aftereffect can be likened it to the fresh feeling we experience after a good thunderstorm. Ozone produced in this way acts as a powerful, organic natural oxidant which destroys odours, bacteria, and viruses.

Is the Large Room Sanitiser Ozone Generator safe to use?

Yes provided you are fully compliant with they manufacturers instructions. The output level of Ozone is 1500mg per hour which is safe for this type of use. The ozone (O3) produced by the large room sanitiser will revert back into oxygen (O2). As a result of this natural decay during the sanitising process, the level of Ozone in a room will not build up to harmful levels. However if the large room sanitiser is not used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions, Ozone can be an irritant when levels are too high. Exposure in these instances can cause a sore throat and itchy eyes. A COSHH Heath and Safety sheet is included with full usage instructions from the manufacturer.
